The cost for this trip is $5,875 per person. This total includes airfare medicine, Double occupancy hotel accommodations when we visit tourist areas ,poli, in-country transportation and guide/translation. In addition, $200 of your program fee is given as a direct donation to the local program. This total DOES NOT INCLUDE souvenirs, phone calls, liability insurance, or any additional cost not mentioned.

The remaining Balance can be divided into installment a week payment as $80 directly deposit at CCM account by Zelle .So you are fully paid by this deadline. This can be done by making a deposit. We depend on your timely payments so that we can make reservation in Senegal.

Late payment will result in a late fee.
Payments received less than 30 days prior to trip departure are charged a $750 late fee. Payment received between 30 and 59 days prior to departure will be charged a $500 late fee. If you think that your payment will be late; please contact Sine-Saloum Tours immediately.

Cancellations and Refunds
Sine-Saloum Tours must be notified about cancellations. 90 days or more notification will result in a $800 handling fee.
Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the trip departure are non- refundable.

Scheduled Activities on the trip
Sine-Saloum Tour and their associated tour operators take pride in the fact that they will do eve1-)’thing possible to make your tour comfortable and enjoyable. There may be instances when flights or tour transportation may not be on schedule due to circumstances beyond their control.

.Be sure you have a valid passport
Make two copies of your passport and leave one at home with someone and place the other in your luggage.

Liability release and Assumption of Risk
I understand that during my participation on Sine_Saloum Tour, that I may be exposed to a variety of hazards and risks, foreseen and unforeseen. I know that injuries and damages can occur on these trips.

In consideration for my acceptance as a participant on this tour, I confirm my understanding of:

1. I have read the rules and conditions applicable to this tour.
2. This Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law. If any provision or any part of any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or legally unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and fully enforceable.
3. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I agree “To waive, Discharge Claims, and Release from Liability” Cross Country Management ‘s employees and agents from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from Injuries and Damages, even if caused by negligence of CCM ’employees and agents in any way connected with this tour. I further agree to “Hold Harmless” Cross Country Management’s employees and agents from any claims, damages, injuries or losses caused by my own negligence while a participant on this tour. I understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying me on this tour.
4. I have read this document in its entirety and I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such Injuries and Damages and notwithstanding such risks, I agree to participate on this tour.
